EWI student tickets historically cost $20; however, everyone who registers by the deadline (September 9th at midnight) will have their ticket completely covered by our generous company sponsors. The student will then only be requires to pay this amount if they register for EWI and do not attend, as they are wasting a seat and dinner that could have been allocated to another student.

The schedule for the evening of EWI (Monday, September 18th) is as follows:

Check in 3:30-4pm; opening remarks 4:15-4:30; keynote speech by Brianna Turunen 4:30-5pm; dinner and table networking 5-7pm, closing remarks and one-on-one meetings after 7pm. We anticipate the event will run until about 8pm if students stay for the one-on-one meetings.

For the one-on-one meetings during the event, we make every effort to match students with their target companies and companies with their target majors (as listed on this spreadsheet).
