Evening With Industry Seating Preference Form

Students: Please enter your name and email and choose the top 3 companies your would like to sit with for the event. We will do our best to make sure you will be seated with at least one of these companies. The number of representatives attending the event is listed in parenthesis next to the company name. Companies: There is assigned seating for the event. Your table will be assigned to you when you check in for the event.

EWI Reminders

• Bring your ticket with you to the dinner for check-in and to collect your door prizes.
• Attire is semi-formal/office-wear
• There is no need to bring a paper copy of your resume to the dinner. If you submit your resume online, your resume will be included in a CD given to all the companies attending EWI. Please see the left column for information on how to upload your resume.
• Seating is done by choosing the top 3 companies you would like to sit with. Seating will be done randomly if you do not choose your seat.
• EWI information and registered companies for EWI will be updated periodically on this site. Please check back for the latest information!

Resume Submission

• Log on to eRecruiting.
• Log in. Your log-in name is your whole MTU email address (e.g. zasmith@mtu.edu) and your password is the last four digits of your SSN or your M#.
• Go to Documents->Publish a Resume. Select your resume from the drop-down next to the Evening With Industry resume book.
• Click save.
• Your resume must be uploaded by Wednesday, September 26th, otherwise it will not be included in the resume book!
